4B Ranch is a distinctive residential community on the outskirts of Cedar City, offering spacious homesites, custom homes, animal rights and expansive Southern Utah mountain and valley views. Its setting provides additional room and a quieter atmosphere while remaining within convenient reach of Cedar City’s everyday services and amenities.

Developed by 4B Ranch LLC, the community was released in multiple phases with homesites generally ranging from approximately half an acre to more than one acre. The larger properties create opportunities for custom homes, outdoor living, animals, additional garage or shop space and the extra room many buyers seek when moving beyond a traditional neighborhood.

The Christensen Team represented and sold the newly released lots as the community grew, including the final developer-owned lots in Phase 5. Although those original lots are now sold out, 4B Ranch remains an active real estate market. Resale lots, completed homes and newly constructed homes may become available as owners’ plans change and construction continues throughout the community.
